People

They design luminaires, manage projects across continents and keep production running. That, or something along those lines, is what their job descriptions say. Freestyle football, Lucha Libre and a rather unique relationship with “Ahorita” tend not to get a mention. So we decided to ask a few more questions.

At Lightnet, innovation emerges through the interplay of people, experience and technical understanding. This is exactly where Piotr (left) and Damian work, bringing departments, systems and processes together in a seamless digital workflow. Their focus is on software development and the digitalisation of internal processes. They translate existing business processes into technical solutions, creating efficient connections between different areas. Using programming, they build digital bridges, while the fundamental design of the workflows remains rooted in the respective specialist departments.

Interview with Martin Siebel

Martin Siebel works for Lightnet in Mexico City. He knows German lighting standards. “Ahorita” is a little more complicated. And then there’s the question of what his name would be as a Lucha Libre wrestler.

  • Completely Detached

As in space exploration, the development of Lightnet luminaires gives rise to solutions that go beyond conventional boundaries – weightless, precise and forward-looking. Damian, Kamil and Grzegorz from Lightnet’s Research and Development team are the driving force behind these new ideas, combining technical expertise with an unwavering curiosity for innovation.

Two more perspectives.
