Deloitte's new offices in Helsinki are more than just physical working environments, they embody the company's values of flexibility and commitment. "The spaces inspire our professionals and strengthen their commitment even more. Comfortable and functional facilities are key to an effective and successful working experience. We wanted a “wow” factor in our spaces, and we succeeded brilliantly," says Teija Gallacher, Head of Real Estate and CSR at Deloitte, about the interior design. The headquarters in the We Land building in Helsinki extends over four floors and offers flexible spaces for work, dialogue and events. Particular attention was paid to quality, sustainability and a modern, functional design. Different room types such as classic workstations, event areas and creative settings promote versatile use and agile working.
Our partner in Finland, the lighting designers at KT Interior, developed a very special concept for Deloitte: "The 78 metre long, curved light line of the Liquid Line series runs along the main corridor and gives this space life and variety. The black profile blends seamlessly into the black ceiling, creating a harmonious and aesthetically pleasing overall look," says Pauliina Oksanen, Product Manager at KT Interior. "The Liquid Line pendant luminaire provides uniform illumination in corridors and multipurpose rooms, it has an opal diffuser and an elegantly curved profile. Its flexibility and adaptability to architectural challenges make it a unique luminaire that combines functionality and aesthetic beauty." We thank KT Interior for this wonderful collaboration.
The We Land Office Building was designed to meet the requirements of modern working environments and follow the principles of sustainable development. For this reason, it has been awarded the BREEAM Outstanding Environmental Certificate.
